The first example below is the vector method and the second is the selection method. Some of the selections provided with the supplies did not fit quite right, so I had to modify the selections, which I suggest you use unless you really like frustration. LOL You can get the modified selections here: https://thenewbeesplayground.com/krystuts/Peacock/PeacockSelections.zip When I used the vector method, in Step 34, when making the feathers, I used point to point Bezier Curves (I totally suck at freehand drawing LOL) Near the end of the tut in Step 44, after making a new Raster Layer, you will need to flood fill it with a color---the color does not matter because the filter will actually determine the final color, but you need to have a color in the layer.
